Acceptable Use Policy for Guest WiFi Access

Introduction
Spark Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company," "we," or "us") provides access to a guest wireless network for short-term access to the Company's WiFi network (the "Network") as a courtesy and convenience to you on an as-is basis. Use of our Network is at your own risk.
This Acceptable Use Policy (this "AUP") governs your access to and use of the Network. By continuing and accessing the Network, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this AUP. If you do not want to agree to this AUP, you must not access or use the Network.

Prohibited Uses
We provide access to the Network only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to filter content on the Network and limit access to certain websites. 
You agree NOT to use the Network in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation or infringes upon the rights of any other individual or entity. You agree NOT to use the Network to send or otherwise distribute any advertisement, promotion, or solicitation. You may NOT use the Network to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, or any other Network user. You may NOT engage in any conduct, including, without limitation, using or placing any manual or automated process, device, or means on the Network that may disable, damage, or impair the Network, cause any Network traffic or resource to be copied or monitored, or otherwise introduce a risk of harm to the Network or its users. You may NOT access or attempt to access any area of the Network for which you have not been provided credentials.

Content Standards
You agree not to use the Network to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which contains any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, any material that is sexually explicit, promotes violence or discrimination, infringes anothers intellectual property rights, promotes illegal activity, or otherwise goes beyond the specific purpose for which you are being provided access to the Network.

Monitoring and Enforcement
Company, in its sole discretion, will determine whether your conduct is in compliance with this AUP. We have the right to monitor your use of the Network for any purpose in our sole discretion, and as we see fit, take any actions we deem necessary or appropriate to address a violation or potential violation of this AUP, including, without limitation, removing your access to the Network, providing your information to third-parties subject to appropriate legal process, or fully cooperating with law enforcement investigations or requests for information.
